I love the Wanders Pro wand I got from Wanders. I liked my old titanium wand, but this one appears to be even lighter and performs better. The swivel is excellent. You really can’t beat it for the price.

This is our go-to wand for day in day out cleaning. Residential or commercial. Light weight, versatile and built like a fricking tank - for the price - this thing is the best option out there. Period.

We ordered a wand similar to this from another well known company... not impressed. It immediately had issues. I ordered this wand from Joe and could tell right away how much better built it is. We've had it for over 2 years and it's still my favorite wand. It's just made so much better! Will probably buy another one soon.

Used the phrase "Work smarter, not harder" and you are NOT using Joe's products... you have just violated your own rule. Every piece of equipment I've purchased from Joe has done EXACTLY that... made my job not harder, and honestly, much more efficient. This wand in particular, i was a bit skeptical, i mean, how much difference is this one than the ProChem I've been using for years? Hoooooly Shot! This Wanders is for real! I'm cleaning faster with the expanded head and dry times are down. Joe's rec's during initial consultation were spot on. Follow your own advice... get Joe's stuff and make money easier.

Wow! JOE set me up with a great wand. This thing works like a dream. He took the time to ask me questions about who my clients are, what type of jobs I do, and what truck system I use. I really love this wand is light weight, excellent recovery, leave the carpet dryer than my previous wand, and very well made, after I place the order Joe called me to ask me about the height I needed, jet sizes, type of glide, he asked what type of machine I had so I could get the best performance out of my wand and he did not disappoint, I will be buying another one soon for my second van. Thanks Joe.

We just received our 14" dang pro wand, and all I can say is that we absolutely love it! We've been using a TMF swivel wand for years, and when that wand went out of commission, the dang pro was the best customized swivel wand we could find to replace it. Price point is very reasonable. I will say, do not wait until the last minute to order one! This was our only mistake. Since manufacturing and deliveries are delayed in every industry, it took longer than normal to receive our new wand, but in my opinion, it was well worth the wait to get exactly what we wanted! I really wanted a swivel wand that covered a lot of space while cleaning. I looked into the Wanders Pro and saw that Joe offered the Swivel Wand in a 16". I knew I had to give it a try. I ordered mine custom made to my height and like. It arrived fast and I put it to use right away. I have been using this wand for about 6 months now. The other day, I had to take the back up van to work and got stuck using my old regular wand. Boy was there a difference in the feel, cleaning, and comfortability of the wand. I needed my Wanders Pro. You don’t know what you are missing until you have tried both wands. So, needless to say, I am about to order a second Wanders Pro 16” Swivel Wand for my back up van!!!

Just received my new V4 wand, and WE LOVE IT. Very easy to assemble. Had it custom built to fit my employee perfect. 15" wide swivel head really is nice. Also nice with site window, customers love to see the dirty water. Running 2" suction hose from machine to wand, can really tell the improved suction. Actually quiter than my old standard 12" wand. Bend angles of tube is really an imrovement over older wand, allows operator to use at a lower more natural position. Swivel head is nice to switch from right hand to left hand use. I like this wand especially for area rugs as it does a better job than my other wands. It’s my first swivel wand so it works great getting under beds and other furniture.

This wand has every feature you could ask for and is built with high quality parts. It cut my dry times in half and beats any other wand I've tried hands down. There is NOTHING on the market in this price range with this level of quality. That's just a fact. I waited a long time before pulling the trigger on this wand and I shouldn't have!

This wand should last longer than your cleaning career! If you're used to a titanium wand it's weight distribution is different, but you'll adjust. Great for commercial carpet cleaning in cubical areas and nice for getting under beds and other tight spots. The customizable jet angles are a plus as well. Nice assist handle, nice veiw window on the "attic" of the wand let's you know everything is working right! My guy's fight over it and it looks like there will be a few more added in the future. Thanks Joe!

Simple, Rugged, easy to use and its customizable to your liking. How would it compare to others? with other makers, you are essentially sent what they give you and you have to customize it or fit it to yourself. This is a one stop shop that custom makes your wand to your own specifications. its worth the money, its made with top quality and long lasting parts and its a total beast when cleaning with it.

Love my new Wanders Pro Wand. Make carpet cleaning much easier. My drying timed are much improved. Sometimes carpet is pretty close to dry by the time i wrap up and. Leave. Had a small issue with wand and Joe worked quickly to help be get back up and running. Great Customer Service Thanks Joe

Yes to Cory. you pay shipping but it's affordable, around $80 per wand. If I could answer for Edward - he had a leaky thermometer assembly so I sent him a new one. This has happened 3 times now with this wand. No fun for anybody, but fortunately the guys it happened to are familiar with the wrench and were able to do the save. thanks guys.

I have been cleaning carpetsfor 30 years! The Wanders Pro Wand is the best by far, wand I have ever used. It cleans better and leaves the carpet dryer due to its amazing design, than all the other wand I have ever owned. Than you Joe! Please never stop making this wand! I cant recommend it enough! I would give it 10 stars if I could!

I have been using this wand for almost a year now. I love it. I used to use my 360i on 95% of my jobs. Since I upgraded to the Wanders pro V4 I rarely use the 360i. The price point is the best you can find on a wand of this quality, and the customizable options add to that even more!

I ordered the Wanders wand with a hole glide as my secondary wand for use on commercial carpet. However, since I got it I haven’t used my Devastator wand even once on any carpet. The hole glide, the custom fit, and the locking mechanism mean much less fatigue on large jobs. Do your body a favor and buy this wand.

After years of messing with my t.i. challenger wand I call Joe and he told me about the V4 wand. Since I already had a dang wand all I needed was the head. One of our friends bought two of these wands and loved them. We borrowed one and everyone who tried it liked it, so we purchased our own. We love the customization. Being able to specify the correct height, specific colors and fittings was great. The purchase transaction was easy and our wand arrived very quickly. This wand is well built and durable. I'm confident it will withstand being bounced around the back of vans for many years to come. We were so happy with our first purchase, we ordered a 2nd. An added plus... Joe has always taken good care of us. He seems to really care about our thoughts and wants every purchase to be successful for us.

I've been cleaning carpet for almost 35 years this is by far the best wand I've ever used. It is built well the bearing is excellent you can lay it down to go under a bed or twist it to get into corners very easily. I have been using this one for over a year and I am very happy with it.

The Wanders Pro V4 is a great wand. I wasn’t sure I’d like a swivel wand but after using the Wanders pro i wouldn’t go back to a rigid head wand. My dry times are a lot shorter now, compared to my old heavy stainless wand i was using.

We have used so many wands over the last 15 years, this wand is hands down the best wands we have ever used. At first like every new wand , you have to get used to it. It took about 2 days to break in an get comfortable. At first we all had the swivel locked, that changed quickly. All our techs clean with the swivel open bc it's so easy an effortlessly to get around furniture an under beds ect. Every tech and my self absolutely love the wand for the performance, and durability. we have had our dang pro wands since January 2020. Here we are in December and have done 0 maintenance replacements as in jets, triggers, shutoffs, thermostats, the jett hanger adjustments, we use them day an night 7 days a week. So that says alot.. amazing wand hands down the best one we have used in 15-20 years. Btw my father is old school loves the traditional 4 jet wand, it took him about 2 weeks to admit it but he even said it was the best wand hes ever used. He has been cleaning carpet since 1980's. Thanks for the great product.

We’ve researched every wand known to man over the past 20 years in business, but when a decision like buying a new wand effects every technician (because we do things company wide) we have to look at it carefully. I’ve purchased exclusively Hydramaster Titanium 6 jet wands in the past and believed no improvement could be made to a wand after that. I was wrong. This wand is a complete upgrade and is the finest instrument ever developed, crafted and built. Every single inch is purposed with a decision in mind. I cannot give this wand as many stars as it deserves. If price is the objection, get over it. A month from now the cost won’t matter but this wand will still be at your side every square foot of the way for many many years.

Hey Lamont, thanks to you all the others for your input. Sorry about your trigger valve not being right. Not sure what the problem is there. All my wands come with a spare trigger valve Rebuild Kit so maybe try that and see if it works more smoothly. It should.

This wand is awsome, The custom length down tube and smooth gliding has saved my back. IThe soft touch trigger is also great to reduce hand fatigue, I also upgraded to the 16” head with 6 jets and the cleaning is unmatched!

The construction is solid. I tried it out for a few weeks and loved it. The sight glass is an invaluable feature providing real-time feedback when flushing the carpet. I don't know why ALL wands don't have them. To test its durability I gave it to my lead tech who somehow manages to break everything . It has been 2 months and it is still in one piece! I'll give it a couple more months and if the wand holds up I'll be buying one for each truck. A few minor leaks at the top hat strainer and QD out of the box , nothing a 1/4 turn of a wrench didn't fix. All in all I am very impressed with this wand.

Had my dang pro v-4 wand for a couple months now, wanted to give it a good workout before I commented on it. Beside a small hose issue that joe remedied quickly had no problems with it at all. The fact is the more I use the wand the better I like it. It makes it hard to use my other cleaning tools they seem to stay on the van more times then not. Love working with it in occupied homes because of the ease it is around furniture, beds etc. probably the best benefit of all to me is the suction, and of course that leads to faster dry times as well. I highly recommend getting this wand you won’t regret it.

Great wand, the jet and glide combination are perfect and really out clean the Prochem titanium wand I’ve been using for the last 10 years, even if this wand was made in a non swivel version I’d buy it. Only issue that I’ve had was the locking mechanism getting a little loose like the spring that held it in position is damaged or something so be careful with the locking mechanism that spring may be a little weak, maybe a stronger spring in the future will fix this problem . Great wand, great price.

I have had the wand for afew weeks now. On day one, I knew this was a very good wand. I have been cleaning carpets over 20+ years. I think this wand will last a long time. Its easy on the back too.

Loving this wand. We are a family owned company and it’s our first nice wand. The v4 head looks stealth with the polished tube. It’s nice that Joe puts all SS metal on this thing too. Swivel locks or unlocks easily with a push of a switch. This this makes closets and hard to reach corners a breeze. We also added the heat gauge to show customers when needed. I honestly feel this thing cleans better. Thanks Joe

I'm in total support of the Owner Operator, OO. These are the guys who do their own work. They never ask for deals. They know I offer the best value I can and this swivel wand is no exception. I couldn't sleep thinking I gave special pricing to an employee who we all know does consistently worse work than an OO. Your company, full of employees, may be an exception, but I doubt it. I was one of the first to get joes new wand. It’s my first swivel and my first 2 inch. I will never go back! This thing is so light! The suction is great also! My son and I have been scrutinizing every lit thing about These wands all to realize everything about this tool is more than perfection ‼️ First job was a monthly restaurant shaved 15 mins off the time was amazing because I’ve done this place for years and really wasn’t feeling well Was able to get to areas that I normally wouldn’t be able to get to do the swivel also saved time in residential less body movements didn’t have to fit myself in closets corner carpet fire place angles And tight angels were a breeze also I never had too flip the wand over to do a quick clean out swiping head with vac hose for debris also at the end of workday and then the week and then the month the head was still clean after one month I figured out saved a lot of time on wand time and regular wand head cleaning the numbers were fairly consistent 80 jobs x 15 minutes =20 hrs saved in in addition to wand maintenance time also the lite Weight I can clean longer without fatigue I’m sure I’ll never have to wand left handed again I love the way you pay attention to every detail in this wand 1)logo protection plate well thought out 2) Sight window I thought I wouldn’t be able to see though it after sucking up sand all day its still clean 3) the y splitter is prefect don’t have to worry about it getting hung up on drapery closet clothing for bed skirting unlike other designs 4)y hoses I love how you didn’t put metal braided they get eaten up by detergents and twist and frayed in time and hurt like hell to Touch I also heated them up thinking they would cause the tension in the swivel to loosen a bit and nothing changed bonus swivels fittings 5) handle design perfect I have two calluses on my little fingers on my left hand they’re going away and yes less movement 6) swivel lock perfect thought I’d have to bend over all the time and turn it on and off found out you can just move it with your foot fast head swivel is a pure genius invention with a grease fitting 7)great water recovery faster drying times and no leaks stainless steel everything Joe thanks so very much I can’t thank you enough this is truly the HOLY GRAIL of all carpet wands perfection perfected hope you have a wonderful new year

I bought the wand beacause i needed an easier life with my back ache this wand dries the carpet very quick and its light i have never been able to use the old metal ones and i have not been happy in carpet cleaning because of this. what a great product this is, i live in the uk London and had to pay £80.00 customs charge i thought it would be more so happy all the way nice service service joe i will definately recommend this wand to everyone cheers mate michael
