I've used Soils & Oils mainly with a Cimex machine & the worst comment was the carpets looked "good" after cleaning. All other responses were, the carpets look "Great & Fantastic".

OSE is a fantastic encap that can also be used with HWE. I have had great success on commercial and residential carpet. I highly recommend.

Not only does OSE work great with a CRB or cimex for encapsulation. It can also be used for HWE, of wool carpets. Add some CT Booster and Watch the soils and oils lift in preparation for cleaning.

I just want to take a moment to say how amazing the soils and oils encap solution is. I opened my first bottle on a job that had lots and lots of pet stains. I mixed 6 oz per gallon with 8 oz per gallon of 40% bv peroxide and began. I was shocked at how fast the product worked. Every stain just disappeared!! I know you hear this everyday. However I will say it once more. I have tried every encapsulation juice out there - Soils & Oils is by far, by far a superior product. I will be ordering more soon. Thanks again!
