I’ve used everything for urine and this by far is the best! I only buy this in bulk now because it works so good. Joes products are really the best… unlike these other companies that are extremely corporate. Give this urine treatment a try … you won’t be dissatisfied.

When we try this Amonia odor removal we got very impressed at how much improvement we noticed after just work it in with our CRB. We like it so much that we buy by the 40lb box We were actually the first to order a box.

IOR is just the right urine treatment . I was asked to restore an ottoman that was used as a toilet by one unhappy cat . Poured a bucket of solution on top 3-4 cups at a time and just let it drain out . Worked like magic !

Update. 1 year later returning to customers houses that were treated with IOR for heavy dog urine odor. Not detecting any urine with hydrosensor in previously affected areas. Customers are stating that little dogs are not even peeing in those rooms anymore. They are wondering what I did spray on carpet. Obviously it is working well.

IOR succeeds where other products fail. No lengthy dwell times. No return visits. No crunchy carpets. And no urine smell.

IOR has been a game changer. This is the best product ever for removing urine odor. We use it as a prespray when the carpet is heavily soiled. We like to use RatNasty with some citrus booster after IOR has been scrubbed in. We've had amazing results! Because of IOR we are being asked to save most urine soiled carpets. Our complexes love how clean and fresh we're getting their carpets. But most of all how much they are saving on carpet replacements!

So I have to tell ya I got to a job and the broker and his property manager where in the rental house I went in to greet the and get started they looked at me and said we know you can clean them but what can you do about that smell should we rip it out? i said hold on let me get something out the truck I came back with ammonia a scoop and IOR and poured ammonia in the scoop asked them to take a sniff so they did then and i said smells about the same in here ? then i put some IOR in and mixed it with my finger i told them urine and ammonia are the same smell then i put my finger back in stirred again and put my wet finger right against my nose and took a big sniff and held out the scoop for them to take a sniff so the boss said from now on do that to every house every room we have. All I could say was wow thank you. so do the math they have about 525 property's none over 15years old that same week i go the meet the new property manger they have 1005 property's I already know what to do when i get there yep so I meet him with his boss and basically do the same thing they ask what would the cost be to treat one area for odor so I told them and they said the same thing do them all. well I cant thank you enough JOE ! I just ask whoever reads this do the math $ it sells itself
